We provide the following services at our outpatient center, located at 745 N. Main Street in Laconia, NH:
For Adults
- Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP): Structured treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, with group sessions Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Individual Therapy & Medication Management: One-on-one sessions with licensed providers and psychiatric medication support
- Peer Support Services: Recovery coaching, vocational support, and training
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): Evidence-based treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorders
For Adolescents
- Outpatient Counseling & Psychiatric Medication Management: Tailored support for youth seeking mental health and behavioral health care
- Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP): Structured treatment for high school aged teens in the Lakes Region

Sober Living
We offer three exceptional sober living homes in Laconia, NH—two for men and one for women. These spacious, single-family homes are in welcoming neighborhoods and are designed to be clean, organized, and supportive of lasting recovery. Our homes offer a small town feel and two are just a short walk from public beaches, while the third offers beautiful scenic views, providing a peaceful environment for healing. Residents benefit from a structured and supervised setting, with amenities like cozy backyards for grilling and socializing, fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, and comfortable single or double-occupancy bedrooms. All homes are NHCORR and NHPRR accredited, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
Lane Court Men’s Recovery Residence
Lane Court is a serene 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offering 7 beds in a supportive men’s recovery setting. Nestled atop a wooded hill on a private one-acre lot, the residence provides a peaceful atmosphere ideal for healing and growth.
Residents at Lane Court have the option to engage in outpatient or Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) services at Paugus Bay Behavioral Health, ensuring continued connection to clinical support.
The home features a beautiful lake view and a light-filled three-season room perfect for reflection and relaxation. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit for group gatherings and a garage basketball hoop enjoyed during warmer weather—offering both recreation and camaraderie.
Harvard Street Women’s Recovery Residence
Harvard Street is a beautifully maintained, historic 7-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offering a supportive recovery environment for women. The residence features 13 beds and provides a warm, community-focused atmosphere.
Located just two blocks from Paugus Bay Behavioral Health Outpatient Services, residents have the convenient option to engage in outpatient or Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) services.
This home, listed on the National Historic Registry, boasts high ceilings, spacious interior rooms, and charming architectural details. Residents enjoy family-style meals in a large shared kitchen and dining area, participate in on-site support meetings, and build meaningful connections with one another.
Nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street, Harvard Street is also within walking distance of the lake, offering a peaceful and scenic setting ideal for healing and growth.
Pleasant Street Men’s Recovery Residence
Pleasant Street is a beautifully restored 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom historic home offering 12 beds in a structured and supportive recovery environment for men.
The residence features a truly exceptional private backyard oasis—designed for relaxation, healing, and connection. This resort-style outdoor space includes an inground pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, grilling area, multiple seating and dining areas, and a spacious gathering area with a fire pit beneath a custom-built trellis. The serene setting provides residents with an ideal space to unwind, build therapeutic relationships with peers, and welcome loved ones to strengthen supportive connections.
Just down the street, residents enjoy convenient lake access to Lake Winnisquam, adding to the peaceful and restorative atmosphere.
