Our Outpatient Counseling Center
We offer group therapy, individual therapy, PHP/HIOP, IOP, OP, medication administration, peer support and more to our patients at our outpatient counseling center located at 745 N. Main Street in Laconia, NH.
Our office is open from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with groups taking place every day Monday through Friday for our patients enrolled in PHP, IOP, or OP programming.
Individual therapy is conducted with trained therapists. Our in house Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides education, support and administration for medications used in the treatment of mental health addiction.

Sober Living
Lane Court
Lane Court is a 5 Bedroom, 3 bathroom home currently utilized as a men’s recovery residence.
Residents in Lane Court are also enrolled in mental health or addiction PHP/HIOP or IOP programming at Paugus Bay Behavioral Health.
The Lane Court home sits at the top of a wooded hill on a one acre home site. It has a beautiful lake view, and boasts a window-filled three season room that is full of light. The garage has a basketball hoop that residents enjoy when the weather is nice, and there is a fire pit in the yard for household gatherings.
Harvard House
Harvard House is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home currently utilized as a women’s recovery residence.
Harvard House is a short 2 block walk to our outpatient counseling center. Residents at Harvard House are also enrolled in mental health or addiction PHP/HIOP or IOP programming at Paugus Bay Behavioral Health.
Harvard House is on the National Historic Registry and has beautiful high ceilings and very large interior rooms. Residents spend time together with in house support meetings, family style dining with a big kitchen and dining room. Harvard House is walkable to the lake down a tree lined street.
Pleasant Street
Pleasant Street is a stunning 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom historic home currently utilized as men’s recovery residence.
There is an amazing private resort style outdoor oasis in the rear yard perfect for relaxation and enjoyment with an inground pool, an outdoor fireplace, hot tub, grilling area, multiple seating and dining areas, and a terrific gathering area with a fire pit under a large custom built Trellis. At the end of the street, there is lake access to lake Winnisquam.
